Immune profiling of lymph nodes drained to cold vs hot triple-negative breast tumors.

ABSTRACT: NanoString pan-cancer immune panel was used to quantified the expression of 730 immune genes of 15 tumor-free TDLNs and paired tumors. FFPE slides were used to quantified the gene expression.
