ABSTRACT: Squamous cell carcinoma arising from mature teratoma (SCC-MT) is one of the rare ovarian malignancies. Therefore, the molecular background of SCC-MT remains largely unelucidated. In this study, we performed the spatial transcriptomics for SCC-MT.
