Effects of Klf9 on non-cardiomyocytes in the heart after myocardial infarction


ABSTRACT: Klf9 deficiency leads to increased mortality and cardiac rupture rate after myocardial infarction(MI) in mice. We use single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to detect differences in non-cardiomyocytes between WT and Klf9-/- mice after MI.
