Gene expression profile at single cell level from the brain at 3h, 2d, and 7d after hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy


ABSTRACT: Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) causes brain paralysis. Here, we used single-cell RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to examine brain cell heterogeneity during the hyperacute (3 h), acute (2 d), and subacute (7 d) phases.
