The roles of glioma-associated macrophages/microglia in human GBM

ABSTRACT: The tumor microenvironment of glioblastoma (GBM) is characterized by a high proportion of glioma-associated macrophages/microglia (GAMs). We performed spatial analysis (Visium) to profile GAMs in human GBM.
