SAS cell line KDM4C-CUT&Tag sequencing
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study explores the role of KDM4C, a histone lysine demethylase, in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). KDM4C is responsible for removing methyl groups from H3K9me3/2, a modification of histone proteins that can influence gene expression. To examine the distribution of KDM4C across the genome, we performed KDM4C-CUT&Tag sequencing analysis on SAS cells. Our study revealed that KDM4C binding was mainly concentrated around the transcription start site.
