ABSTRACT: Mouse spinal cord neural stem cells are know to be multipotent in vitro but mainly produce astrocytes in vivo. RNA sequencing and proteomic analysis showed that neural stem cells downregulate the Hippo/YAP1 pathway during OPC formation.
