ScRNAseq of mouse proliferative vitreoretinopathy

ABSTRACT: We performed single cell transcriptional profiling of mouse proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR), to decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying mouse PVR fibrogenesis. In this study, through combination of the single-cell transcriptional profiling and genetic tracing, we provided comprehensive discrimination for the sources of PVR-associated fibroblasts during ocular wound healing.
