Effect of isoproterenol on RAW264.7 in vitro


ABSTRACT: Recent research has shed light on the neuroimmunomodulation of macrophages, but the precise underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood.The maintenance of homeostasis in various organizations requires neuroimmune communication between the sympathetic nervous system and the immune system. The sympathetic nervous system adjusts macrophage phenotype via the adrenergic pathway.This study aimed to delineate the molecular mechanisms linking adrenergic pathway to RAW264.7.
