RNA sequencing of WM164 cells overexpressing tethered MafG-MITF (T-MGM)

ABSTRACT: To elucidate the functional role of MafG and MITF dimer, we constructed a tethered heterodiimer of MafG and MITF linked with a flexible linker and overexpress in WM164 cells to evaluate the effect in gene expression profile.
