RNA sequencing reveals effect of Apoa4 on kidney cells from mice with diet-induced obesity
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Metabolic inflammation induced by obesity accelerate the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD). During this progression, immune microenvironment plays important role. ApoA4 deficiency increases the kidney disorder of metabolism and immune and kidney injury. This study aimed to profile the renal cells affected by ApoA4 in the CKD. We performed RNA-seq on renal cells from WT and Apoa4-deficient mice with high-fat diet-induced obesity (DIO).
