Genome-wide analysis of H3K27ac and RBPJ distribution in a human chronic B cell leukemia cell line.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The Notch signaling pathway regulates several processes including development and differentiation and its aberrant regulation leads to several diseases such as leukemia. Here, we investigated the genome-wide distribution of the transcription factor RBPJ and of the active histone mark H3K27ac in a human chronic B cell leukemia cell line called HG3.
