ABSTRACT: Sepsis is a life-threatening condition that often leads to multi-organ dysfunction and energy dysruption. To explore the cellular response of the mouse kidney during sepsis, we employed snRNA sequencing to profile differentially expressed genes (DEGs) across various kidney cell types.
