ABSTRACT: Deficiencies in member of the histone H3 lysine 4 trimethylation (H3K4me3) complex-ASH-2, WDR-5, and SET-2 (the H3K4 methyltransferase) functioned in germline to increase the susceptibility to pathogen bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA14) through down-regulated the immune response genes.
