Single-cell RNA transcriptome defines the signaling networks stimulated by alkali burn

ABSTRACT: To understand the pathological mechanisms of alkali burn, mouse corneal epithelium was exposed to 1M NaOH for 30s . Corneas were processed for scRNA-seq using 10X genomics and data was analyzed using R with a Seurat package.
