Gene expression profile of immune cells at single cell level from the thalamus of mice after traumatic brain injury and after anti-CD9 Ab treatment

ABSTRACT: Loss of synapses and cognitive impairment were mitigated by anti-CD9 Ab after cortical injury. We used single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) to analyze how microglial gene expression was altered by anti-CD9 Ab treatment after cortical injury.
