Expression Data from Sms-G56S Osteoblasts


ABSTRACT: SMS catalyzes the final step of spermine synthesis. The G56S variant causes the Snyder-Robinson-syndrome. We investigated the effect of the SMS G56S variant on primary murine bone marrow osteoblasts. We used microarray analysis to detail the global gene expression of primary murine bone marrow osteoblasts isolated from SMS-G56S/0 mice after 10 days of osteogenic differentiation.
