RNA-seq of resting and anti-CD3/CD28-stimuated Jurkat cells

ABSTRACT: To investigate the dynamics of gene expression during T cell activation and identify essential genes responsive to stimulation, we conducted RNA sequencing on both resting and stimulated Jurkat cells.
