Transcriptional profiling of the earliest steps in the UV induced skin carcinogenesis

ABSTRACT: The earliest events that drive skin tumor initiation are yet to be chracterized. Here we wanted to investigate the effect of chronic UV exposure on gene expression in skin keratinocytes at single cell level and analyze if there is any common transcriptional patterns selected under chronic UV exposure.
