Microglial Gpr126 is essential for hippocampal developmental synapse remodeling and shapes adolescent behavior in mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To comprehensively understand the complexity of the different cell types and transcriptional pathways involved in the microglia-synapse interaction following microglial GPR126 deletion, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on hippocampal samples harvested from 2-week-old mice, a time point with changes in synaptic density and transmission in Gpr126 cKO mice.
