Identification of the transcriptomic signature of engrafted CTC derived subpopulations isolated after orthotopic tumor resection as compared to parental cells

ABSTRACT: Identification of the transcriptomic signature of engrafted CTC derived subpopulations as compared to parental cell lines after orthotopic inoculation of tumor cells and surgical tumor resection. Circulating tumor cells (CTC) engrafting in the post-resection tumor bed derived from a orthotopic injection of murine 4T1 or ANV5 cells were isolated in different mice. Engrafted CTC derived from ANV5 were called CTC700, CTC803. Engrafted CTC derived from 4T1 were called CTC1589 and CTC1592.
