ABSTRACT: Comparison of transcriptional profiling of isolated T cells of healthy individuals after treatment with supernatant of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of the same individuals treated overnight with soluble CD14 (sCD14) with isolated T cells cultured in TH17 polarizing condition and T cells treated with gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) overnight In this study, we treated PBMCs of 7 healthy individuals with sCD14 overnight. The day after, the supernatant of treated PBMCs was collected and isolated T cells from the same individuals were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 and cultured with collected supernatant. We also cultured T cells from the same individuals with GABA overnight and stimulated them the day after with anti-CD3/CD28. Additionally, we cultured T cells from the same individuals in the presence of Th17 polarizing condition.
