A Single Cell Perspective of the Effects of Dopamine in the Regulation of HIV Latency Phenotypes in a Myeloid Cell Model
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The promonocytic cell line U1, which contains the HIV-1 proviral sequence, and its parent uninfected promocytic cell line U937, were incubated with Dopamine 10uM or with 1 uM of the dopamine-induced Monocyte Related Protein (MRP) 8/14. The cells were stimulated for 24 hrs and then harvested for a 10X Genomics single cell approach for the detection of transcriptional patterns associated with viral replication phenotypes.
