Synergistic antibacterial mechanism of benzyl isothiocyanate and resveratrol against Staphylococcus aureus revealed by transcriptomic analysis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The transcriptomics results showed that the BITC_RES groups had 245 and 1150 more differential genes than the BITC group and RES group, respectively. Among them, the serine protease (splD) in the BITC_RES group was down-regulated about 259.8-fold, which was 259.8-fold and 86.6-fold higher than that in the BITC group and RES group.
ORGANISM(S): Staphylococcus aureus
