Expression data from Arabidopsis Col-0 and avp1 mutants

ABSTRACT: Plant vacuolar mPPase AVP1 is essential for plant development and growth, genetic modification of AVP1 and its orthologs in crops have been shown to alter normal plant growth and responses to various abiotic stresses, such as drought and salinity stresses. Until now, the transcriptional reprograming in repsonse to the disruption of AVP1 remains elusive. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying the contribution of Arabidopsis AVP1 in repsonse to a continous low calcium treatment.
