DNA methylation changes during prostate cancer lineage transitions
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Conversion to a neuroendocrine phenotype is a known resistance mechanism to androgen receptor-directed therapies in prostate cancer. In this study, we analyze DNA methylation changes associated with neuroendocrine transdifferentiation using a patient-derived xenograft model that recapitulates these lineage transitions.
