ABSTRACT: This study evaluates the feasibility of using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and fixed fresh (FF) breast carcinoma samples for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq), highlighting the potential of archival FFPE tissues in clinical research and retrospective studies.
