Dysbiotic Microbiota-Induced Ammonium Stress Drives Intestinal Barrier Dysfunction and MASH Progression: The Therapeutic Promise of DT-109

ABSTRACT: The prevalence of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) continues to rise annually. This study explores the link between intestinal microbial dysbiosis and MASH development. Three livers from each group were selected for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) in Cynomolgus monkeys.
