ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of the Dectin-1 signaling pathway in the development of pulmonary fibrosis, we established a BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis model using WT mice, Dectin-1-deficient mice (Clec7a–/–, KO), and GW5074-treated mice. CD11b+ or CD11c+ cells were sorted by flow cytometry and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing.
