ALKBH5 regulates transcriptomic changes from leptene/zygotene to pachytene/diplotene stages in spermatocytes

ABSTRACT: ALKBH5-mediated m6A modification plays a determinant role in posttranscriptional RNA fate decision, including RNA degradation, splicing, and transport et.al. As expected, the transcriptome in Alkbh5-/- spermatocytes were completely altered compared with these in WT spermatocytes in both P12 and P18 males.
