Gene expression data from human amniotic epithelial stem cell (hAESCs) treated with 20 uM Cinnamoylquinc Acid Derivatives
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Gene expression profiling reveals structure-activity relationships of cinnamoylquinic acid derivatives in a stem-based tool. Cinnamoylquinic acids are bioactive polyphenolic compounds with many beneficial effects. Utilizing human amniotic epithelial stem cells (hAESCs), transcriptomic analysis was conducted to study the physiological effects of ten derivatives. The ten compounds include: Tricaffeoylquinic acid, Tetraferuloylquinic acid, Tricoumaroylquinic acid, Tri(dimethoxycinnamoyl)quinic acid, Tetracaffeoylquinic acid, Triferuloylquinic acid, Methyl Tri(dimethoxycinnamoyl)quinate, Methyl tetracaffeoylquinate, Methyl tetraferuloylquinate, and Methyl tricaffeoylquinate. From gene expression data, additionalk analysis pinpointed the structure-functionality relationship based on moiety variations while hinting to possible structural improvments for bioactivity and druggability.
