Postbiotic derived from Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-5220 as a novel approach to improve aging-induced skin changes


ABSTRACT: The aging process impacts skin health. We investigated the effects of PB-SKF, a Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-5220-derived postbiotic in counteracting the visible signs of aging of the skin, in particular in vitro on keratinocytes and fibroblasts, and in a clinical test on healthy volunteers.
