DNA methylation stochasticity is linked to transcriptional variability and identifies convergent epigenetic disruption across genetically-defined subtypes of AML [scRNAseq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Epigenetic regulators are frequently mutated in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). We applied the CPEL method to publicly-available ERRBS data to investigate DNA methylation stochasticity in genetic subtypes of AML, and identified transcriptional dysregulation related to methylation entropy using single-cell RNA-seq data.
