Effect of overexpression NUDT3 on proliferation and differentiation of primary porcine muscle satellite cells

ABSTRACT: In our study, reduced NUDT3 in vitro significantly arrested cell cycle in primary muscle satellite cells, indicated by elevated ratio of cells at G1 stage and decreased EdU+ cells. Besides, knockdown of NUDT3 significantly inhibited myogenic differentiation, as myogenic genes and MyHC+ cells were dramatically repressed, conversely, its overexpression yielded the opposite effects.
