LINC01419 role as HCV induced HCC
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: LINC01419 showed upregulation in the HCC cell lines than the PHH. In particular, LINC01419 was confirmed to have high expression in Huh7.5, which has high HCV infectivity. LINC01419-silenced Huh7.5 significantly inhibited of cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. In vivo, we performed LINC01419 silencing by siRNA in the xenograft model. These results showed that the tumor weight and growth were suppressed in the LINC01419 downregulated group.
