Gene expression profile of skin-derived migratory DC subsets of papain-immunized mice

ABSTRACT: CD301b+ DCs are requried for the differentiation of Th2 cells. Our data suggests that CD301b+ DCs express genes related to CD40 pathway at higher levels than other DC subsets. We isolated MHCIIhi CD11c+ migratory DCs from the skin draining LNs of naïve and papain-immunized mice and characterized their transcriptome.
