The transcriptional profile of extracellular vesicles extracted from cerebrospinal flood in patients with multiple system atrophy, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) play a role in intercellular communication by transferring proteins and/or transcripts. The profile of proteins and/or transcripts in EVs may differentiate multiple system atrophy (MSA) from Parkinson's disease. In the present study, we performed transcriptome analysis of EVs extracted from cerebrospinal flood of patients with multiple system atrophy, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
