A new mRNA antigen vaccine induces potent B and T cell responses and in vivo protection against SARS-CoV-2

ABSTRACT: We designed a new SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine G1-C. We immunized mice with 2 doses of GFP, RBD, and G1-C vaccines and then analyzed vaccine-induced immune response in vivo.
