Transcriptional profiling of aged and young mouse hearts

ABSTRACT: We identified Dnmt3a and Esrrg as the putative regulators of CM aging. Here, we overexpressed Esrrg, Dnmt3a and control GFP proteins in adult hearts and performed bulk RNA-seq to discover molecular pathways associated with these proteins.
