ABSTRACT: Peripheral nerve injuries cause significant motor deficits, with limited treatment options for full recovery. Distal electrical stimulation (E-stim) shows potential in promoting neuromuscular reinnervation, although its mechanisms remain unclear. This study examines how distal E-stim influences neuromuscular junction reinnervation and Satellite cell activity in denervated muscles.
