Single-cell RNA sequencing of human LECs derived from human skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue [CITE-Seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (10X) on human lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) isolated from human skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue. The goal was to analyze the different sub-populations of LECs present in those tissues (e.g. capillary, pre-collector, collector), which would give new insights into the human biology of lymphatics vessels present in skin and adipose tissue.
