ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to investigate the molecular and pathway changes during the process of Placenta Accreta Disorders (PAS). By utilizing transcriptome sequencing(RNAseq), we aim to unveil the molecular and pathway alterations at the pathological and gene expression levels in cases of placenta Accreta, placenta Increta, and placenta percreta. Further integration with other sequencing data and development of new analytical methods
