Single-cell analysis reveals transcriptomic difference between keloid and normal human tissue

ABSTRACT: Keloids are pathological scars characterized by their invasive growth. Currently, keloids remain a therapeutically challenging condition in clinical practice, with high recurrence rates and resistance to treatment, leading to suboptimal therapeutic outcomes. There is a clinical need for new treatment strategies and targets.
