Pathobiont-triggered induction of epithelial IDO1 drives regional susceptibility to Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Chelated proximal colon epithelium from wildtype and Tnf(dARE/+) mice in two murine housing facilities (CONV and SPF-B), where the CONV facility mice are naturally colonized with Chlamydia muridarum. Raw data contains all encapsulated cells, while processed data filtered out empty droplets, poor quality cells, and non-epithelial cells such as epithelia-associated or intraepithelial immune cells.
