ABSTRACT: Reveal the sequence characteristics of key genes of F-actin; RNAi technology was used to investigate the regulatory effect of F-actin gene on cadmium contamination of Pardosa pseudoannulata, and to elucidate the response mechanism of F-actin in regulating spiders to cadmium pollution.
