Transcriptomic data of Aeromonas hydrophila 201416 isolated from Scatophagus argus under different salinity exposures

ABSTRACT: Analysis of Ah201416 cells harvested after being cultured in an LB medium with different salinity levels (0, 10, and 20 g/L of NaCl concentration) for 18 h.The results provided insights into the molecular basis of the enhanced virulence of Ah201416 in response to salinity elevation.
