Narrow-band ultraviolet B induces peripheral regulatory T cells to exert antigen-specific immune suppression [RNA-seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Narrow-band ultraviolet B (UVB) is a commonly used therapy for autoimmune diseases. While alloantigen immunization combined with NB-UVB has been shown to induce antigen-specific regulatory T cells (Tregs), the underlying mechanism remains elusive. We used Treg RNA-seq from psoriasis-like mice model to investigate differentially expressed genes under UVB treatemnt.
