ABSTRACT: This study aimed to delineate genes and functional pathways related to canine lymphoma pathogenesis, treatment response, and prognosis through transcriptional profiling. By comparing different lymphoma subtypes, the study aimed to identify genes with potential applicability to the clinical characteristics of T-cell lymphoma (TCL) compared to B-cell type, which is characterized by low treatment response and poor prognosis.
