Nascent RNA m6A modification are involved in T cell activation gene signature under Hypoxia in CRPC-V16A

ABSTRACT: In this study, we set out to identify m6A modified nascent transcription under Hypoxia in parallel with Normoxia by EU labeling coupled with MeRIP-seq. By comparing Hypoxia and Nomoxia, we identified 5,873 m6A sites specific under Hypoxia.
