Screening of differentially expressed genes and microRNAs in rabbits with traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy based on high-throughput sequencing

ABSTRACT: The retinas of rabbits in the experimental and control groups of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing technology, and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and differentially expressed microRNAs (DEMs) were identified to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of PVR. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and differentially expressed microRNAs (DEMs) were screened to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of PVR.
